For businesses to excel in the 21st Century, teams need prospective candidates with a leadership approach that differs from the traditional thinking. Moreover, organizations need candidates with this approach at all levels of the organization.

Hiring such candidates isn’t enough to transform the culture towards creativity, innovation, and engagement. Organizations need multiple solutions to help existing employees (I’m currently researching how executives influence leadership at the enterprise level – the topic for my second book).
